Domestic UPS & Frieght Shipping

There will be a surcharge that will be added to the shipment on statues sent to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.
Freight Shipping: All statues that weigh over 150 pounds after they are packed will be shipped using a freight carrier of the customers choosing. All customers requiring freight ground shipment will be contacted prior to shipping. You can always email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any shipping quote.
For all our heavy large statues we build a custom crate for the sculpture so that it is packed safely for the journey. The crate is made using a pallet so that it can be easily moved during the shipping process. We build a crate around the statue on the pallet and then brace the statue inside using 2x4s so the sculpture does not shift during its journey.
We do not charge anything for crating the sculpture. We pass on the exact shipping charges to you that we are charged by the shipping company.
The freight delivery charges include insurance and residential lift gate delivery to your home. For all residential deliveries the shipping company will contact you prior to delivery to set up a day and time frame when you will be home for delivery.
Please look over the crate when the delivery is made and note if there is any damage to it on the delivery receipt you are given by the driver.
Tracking Numbers: Once your order has been picked up by either UPS or shipping we will email you a tracking number.
Packing: We take utmost care in shipping and packing each piece. It is extremely important to us that your order arrives whole and undamaged. We use cushioning and corrugated cardboard boxes for all UPS deliveries.
For most freight deliveries, a custom wooden box is built to fit individual merchandise dimensions. Wooden braces are used to make sure that the piece does not move in the box during the shipping process. Handling and packaging are included in the shipping price for both UPS and Freight delivery charges.
Insurance: Routes Gallery packs each piece with great care and ships each package with full insurance. If there is any damage to merchandise please notify us immediately. Save all the packaging materials.
Damage: We take utmost care to insure that merchandise is not damaged in shipping, by packing each piece with care. However, no matter how perfectly merchandise is packed, the shipping from our store to your home is out of our hands. If merchandise has been damaged in shipping please notify Routes Gallery within 48 hours so that the proper insurance measures can be taken.
Be sure to keep all of the packaging materials which will be needed for inspection by the shipping company. Without it we will not be able to make a claim with UPS as they require all the original packing materials.
In the event that a piece arrives damaged Routes Gallery will pay for the return shipping and you will not be charged any service charges.
Pick up: If you would like to pick up your order at our showroom in San Anselmo, California, select the CA PICK UP option in the shipping section of the checkout. Routes Gallery is located on 1508 San Anselmo Avenue, in San Anselmo, CA 94960. Routes Gallery will contact you after you have purchased your item to arrange a pick up time and date.
